Composition and jurisdiction of the Kadhi’s court
- Composition: it is dully constituted of the chief Kadhi and such number of Kadhi not less than 3 or as been provided be an act of parliament.
- Jurisdiction: has jurisdiction to hear cases in civil matters only and handles cases where both parties prophesy of Muslim faith and the disputes relate to marriage, divorce, maintenance, succession etc.
